My specialty is relocation;
I have helped many families relocate to Houston. Moving from
one home to another can be stressful, no matter how far or short
the distance is. Moving from one part of the country to another
is even more difficult due to all of the "unknowns" associated
with relocating. I take the stress out of your move by doing
the leg work and providing you with all the information you
need.
In order to feel more confident about your move to Houston, it's
important to know a few facts about Houston. I can help you and
provide you with all the information needed. I know and
understand the area and can give you an overview of the
neighborhoods in a large geographic area, information on
schools, activities and the best places to wine and dine. I
also can aid you in your search for the best places to fit your
lifestyle, budget and comfort zone.
Once I provide you with the information and answered your
questions - you can make the decisions on where to look first.
Since it is impossible to know everything about a place until
you actually see it. I can tour the areas you like in person
when you arrive. Once you have seen the neighborhoods, you will
begin to get a feel for what is best for you. That's a decision
you make, with my assistance, NO pressure, and certainly NO
aggressiveness. The only aggressiveness I use – is during the
negotiating with the Listing Agent. I make sure I get the best
deal possible for my client.
Also, by showing you homes allows me to understand “what you
don’t like” and “what you do like” about each home. This way I
can get a good feel of the style of homes you like in Houston.
Once you have decided on the location and areas, I can then
start the search in finding the prefect home. I will email, fax,
or mail you new listings as the come on the market.
